A Tenth Planet Productions & Ovation production

A comedy about broken vows, failed hopes and the joys of beekeeping.

All is not well in the Humble hive.Thirty five year old Felix Humble is a Cambridge astro-physicist in search of the scientific Holy Grail. Following the sudden death of his father, he returns to his middle England home and his difficult and demanding mather - and her nose job, where he soon realises that his search for unity must include his own chaotic home life.

In this Hamlet-esque comedy, love death and family come together as Felix tries to uncover the theory of everything in an English Country Garden.

Humble Boy premiered at London's Royal National Theatre and transferred to the West End. It won both the Critics' Circle and People's Choice Award for Best New Play in the UK and playwright Charlotte Jones won the Critics' Circle Award for Most Promising Playwright.
